Price
Pricing is categorized as follows: head to shoulder, head to waist, and full portrait. A complex background will add a multiplier to the base cost. For each additional subject on the same canvas, another multiplier applies.

ArkOrigin creates fully hand-painted, one-of-a-kind oil portraits using archival-quality materials — heirloom pieces meant to be passed down for generations. Because each commission is entirely custom and hand-painted (not a print or reproduction), pricing reflects the time, skill, and materials involved and is discussed personally with each client. The canvas size depends on the subject, but generally it is set to about 90% of the real size. However, the size of the canvas typically does not affect the price, meaning you can have a head-and-shoulders portrait painted on a 100 x 80 cm canvas without any extra charges, unless you request an unusually large size.
